Who: Any business in the Twin Cities of Fulton, Ky and South Fulton, Tn may participate.
What: Participants may decorate the front of their store/business to support the festival.
When: Judging will be at 4:00 p.m., FRIDAY , September 21, 2012.
Where: Participants will be judged at their store/place of business. There will be a 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winner.
Why: To help promote and decorate for the 2012 Banana Festival.
